Penny never met a problem she didn't like. She game plans everything — grandmaster moves in founder shoes. And since founding BrandHarbor in 2024, the Hamptons business community has been getting a taste of the value she’s brought to the global stage for years.
Having led thinking and teams across the world’s most competitive markets — New York, London, Dubai, and Singapore — Penny has driven global growth for heavyweights including Mastercard, Chanel, Virgin, IKEA, Nestlé, Kellogg’s, J&J, and IHG. Just as passionately, she’s worked with nonprofits, public sector leaders, and purpose-led startups — believing that values-driven ventures deserve world-class thinking and creativity.

He’s a relentless advocate for storytelling that sticks, ideas that scale, and craft that cuts through. Around here, he’s the creative compass — trusted by clients, feared by bad briefs.

Kenny Leung is a Parsons-trained designer and the Head of Art at BrandHarbor. With a background in branding, packaging, and visual identity, Kenny brings a thoughtful, detail-obsessed eye to every project — and a deep belief that great design should be both beautiful and responsible.
A longtime advocate for sustainable practices, Kenny pairs creative elegance with conscious choices, helping clients make work that lasts (with the smallest footprint possible).
He leads BrandHarbor’s visual output with clarity, craft, and care — ensuring every design speaks to something deeper.
